Creative Director

At The Summit Group, we help companies better understand their customers. We’ve done this for the likes of Microsoft, T-Mobile, Subway, and Amazon to name a few. We’re entering a brand-new, exciting phase of our growth story and are searching for a Creative Director to lead our Creative Services Team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of employees or contractors whose duties focus on developing the brand or creating marketing materials, websites, and other content for clients.
  • Mentor team member and create future leaders in the company.
  • Oversee and support design, branding, and marketing activities for Summit Group and its clients.
  • Ensure the right team is in place to deliver creative work for clients.
  • Manage budget for creative projects, hiring employees and contractors, and tracking progress.
  • Oversee key clients and directly or delegate management duties to other team members.

Experience Guidelines:

  • Proven work experience as a Creative Director, Director of Creative Service, or similar role
  • Excellent client-facing communication, and presentation skills
  • Manage team’s utilization and forecasting
  • Manage project margins and department P&L
  • Superior ability to think strategically and creatively and stay abreast of the latest creative and marketing trends
  • Experience establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them
  • Develop, articulate and lead the implementation of long and short-term plans to meet internal and client goals and objectives
  • Ability to set and meet project deadlines while adapting to immediate demands
  • Experience leading, directing, and motivating team members, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
  • High-level of internal leadership skills, collaboration, communication, and teamwork
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Experience with budget planning and KPIs
  • Ability to make beneficial decisions for the business
